Top Navigation and Maps Apps on Android in Brazil: Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps apps on the Android platform in Brazil showcased varied performance metrics, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw consistent weekly downloads, peaking at about 166K in late July, and maintaining a steady user base with active users reaching 18.8M by the end of September.

Google Earth experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 33K to 40K. The app maintained a strong presence in terms of active users, averaging around 740K throughout the quarter.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar showed a significant increase in both downloads and revenue. Downloads surged to 62K in early September, while weekly revenue reached approximately $639 by mid-September.

Radarbot Speed Camera Detector reported robust weekly revenue, peaking at about $23K in early August. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 36K in early September, while active users remained strong, nearing 420K in the same period.

World Explorer 3D: Live Map had an impressive start with downloads reaching 97K in late July. Active users, however, showed a gradual decline from 82K to 36K by the end of September.
